Job summary

TTL is seeking a Civil Engineering Regional Leader to guide the Dallas team and expand our regional presence. You will mentor engineers, cultivate deep client relationships across Texas, and drive strategic growth in a key market.

As a licensed PE in Texas, you will lead multi-discipline projects, ensure quality and timely delivery, and collaborate with TTL offices and partners to shape the future of our civil services in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 8–15 years of progressive experience in land development and/or civil site design.
• Licensed professional engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain).
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong background in project delivery and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Dallas civil engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Build and strengthen client relationships across Texas, serving as a trusted advisor
• Drive business development, including pursuits, proposals, and strategic positioning
• Oversee project delivery across multi-discipline teams (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
• Provide technical leadership in civil design, including grading, utilities, and site development
• Collaborate across TTL offices and coordinate with subconsultants and partners
• Shape the future of TTL’s civil services in the region
