Job summary

TTL, Inc. seeks a Civil Engineering Regional Leader for Dallas, TX to guide and grow our local team. The role requires a Texas-licensed PE (or ability to obtain) and 8–15 years of land development/civil site design experience.

You will lead multi-discipline projects and strengthen client partnerships across Texas. You’ll mentor engineers, drive strategic growth, and coordinate with TTL offices and partners to advance the region’s civil services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Texas PE license or the ability to obtain licensure is expected.
• 8–15 years of progressive land development and/or civil site design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Dallas civil engineering team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Build and strengthen client relationships across Texas, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Drive business development, including pursuits, proposals, and strategic positioning.
• Oversee project delivery across multi-discipline teams (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
• Provide technical leadership in civil design, including grading, utilities, and site development.
• Collaborate across TTL offices and coordinate with subconsultants and partners.
• Shape the future of TTL’s civil services in the region.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Eight to 15 years of progressive experience in land development and/or civil site design
• Licensed professional engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
• Strong background in project delivery and business development
