Our client, a rapidly expanding engineering firm, is seeking a visionary Director of Civil Engineering to spearhead the launch and growth of their new offices in Dallas, TX, and North Carolina (Raleigh or Charlotte). This pivotal role offers the chance to lead dynamic teams, drive innovative land development projects, and make a significant impact in burgeoning markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Leadership: Establish and manage the new office, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Project Oversight: Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex land development projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, promoting professional growth and a cohesive work environment.

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
