This leadership role entails managing multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects and leading diverse teams. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, overseeing multi-million dollar projects, and strong client management skills. The position offers a competitive salary up to $180K plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and operations teams.
• Experience overseeing projects ranging from $10M to $200M+.
• Strong understanding of heavy civil construction means and methods.
• Experience with DOT, municipal, and public infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects across the region.
• Manage operational performance including budgets, schedules, manpower, safety, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, municipalities, DOT agencies, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term regional planning.
