Job summary

GEODIS in the United States seeks a Sr. IT Director & Regional CISO to own the information security program for the Americas, protecting digital assets and enabling business growth.

You will partner with regional and global leaders to implement secure processes and mitigate cyber threats. The role demands building a high-performing, globally distributed security team, establishing policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and managing risk across complex multinational operations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a comprehensive information security strategy for the Americas.
• Design and refine security policies and control frameworks across all branches and business units.
• Lead the enterprise-wide cyber risk management process and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Direct SOC operations, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for resilience.
• Mentor and develop a globally distributed security team.
• Communicate security risks and programs to executive leadership and the Board.
