Job summary

Auria is seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Manager to join our North America Team. This position involves leading improvement initiatives across our plants with a significant travel requirement of 75% to support Continuous Improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a tier 1 supplier environment. An opportunity to enroll in comprehensive benefits packages is included.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years as Continuous Improvement Manager preferably in a tier 1 supplier required.
• Previous experience supporting multiple locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement actions based on the results of safety audits.
• Plan, support and lead Kaizen focused events as required.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monitoring systems.
