The position will include extensive travel across our plants in the U.S. and involve driving improvement actions through audits, facilitating kaizen events, and establishing key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have ten years of experience in continuous improvement within a tier 1 supplier environment. This role offers significant opportunities to innovate and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Ten years as Continuous Improvement Manager in tier 1 supplier required.
• Previous experience supporting multiple locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement actions based on safety audits.
• Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Lead kaizen focused events as required.
• Establish key performance indicators for improvement initiatives.
