• Bachelor's degree; 15+ years of management experience in the cement or similar industrial facility.
• Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment).
• International working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
• Leading a team of maintenance professionals.
• Leveraging Best-CCC sourcing strategies to optimize expenditures.
• Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
• Manage CAPEX approvals and drive continuous improvement across American plant sites.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance efficiency.
• Participating as a member of the plant leadership team to create a high performance culture.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance matters.
