Job summary

Aventura Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead regional food service and nutrition operations across several assisted living and healthcare facilities. The role provides direct supervision to Food Service Directors and ensures high-quality dining services at scale.

The ideal candidate has multi-facility healthcare dietary experience, strong leadership, and the ability to align operations with corporate goals while managing budgets and client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager credential is required.
• Experience in multi-facility healthcare dietary operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities, providing leadership in operations, finances, human resources and client relationships.
• Direct supervision of the facility Food Service Directors and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and monitor budgets, menu planning, production records and labor productivity.
• Collaborate with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements and quality standards.
• Evaluate facility performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements across multiple locations.
