Job summary

Aventura Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (CDM) to oversee regional food service and nutrition operations across our assisted living and healthcare facilities.

You will mentor Food Service Directors, manage budgets, ensure compliance with federal/state requirements, and drive dining excellence while building client relationships.

The role requires a Certified Dietary Manager and prior multi-facility healthcare dietary experience; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-facility healthcare dietary operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities, providing leadership to Food Service Directors.
• Ensure financial objectives are met and budgets are managed across units.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state dietary requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and quality assurance processes.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for the food service teams.
• Participate in company-wide food service committees and special events.
