Job summary

Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet is seeking drivers for Southwest Regional Reefer assignments. Out 10-14 days with live load/unload and no touch freight.

Trainees welcomed with a $700 training rate; after training, CPM scales with experience from $0.50 to $0.59 depending on tenure. Must hold a CDL with 120 hours of recent school completion; TWIC credential supported by the carrier; no MVR tickets, criminal or drug violations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CDL and have completion of at least 120 hour school in the past 6 months.
• TWIC card is required (carrier will help obtain and cover related costs).
• No tickets on MVR; no criminal history or drug/alcohol violations; no preventable accidents or moving violations in a lifetime.
• Trainees welcomed with no prior experience; 1 year OTR experience or 6 months OTR plus 120 hours school also acceptable.
• CDL address must match hiring area; no SAP drivers; urine drug screen.
• Starting pay during training for trainees is $700 flat rate for 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Drop & Hook, Live Load/Unload, No Touch Freight.
• Out 10-14 days per trip with 1 day off for every 6 days out (max 4 days).
• 400 miles average length of haul; 2200-2400 miles per week; paid on all miles.
• W2 employment with health insurance, 401k, paid vacations.
