Job summary

Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet is seeking drivers for a SW Regional Reefer position. Trainees are welcomed, with pay structures starting at $0.50 CPM and rising to $0.59 CPM based on tenure. Players out 10–14 days, with 1 day off for every 6 days out (max 4).

Must have CDL and 120 hours of recent school or equivalent experience. Out-of-state routes cover TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, IN, IA, NE, IL, KS, CO, OH, NM with 400 miles average haul and 2200–2400 miles per week.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CDL and complete at least a 120 hour trucking school within the past 6 months.
• TWIC card required or carrier will assist with costs.
• No tickets on MVR; no criminal history or drug/alcohol violations.
• Trainees may have no prior trucking experience.
• Drop & Hook, live load/unload, no touch freight.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' tractor-trailer on regional reefer lanes.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver and pick up freight with minimal downtime.
