Job summary

Red Baron Transportation, a division of BWT Logistics, is seeking a Class A Local CDL Driver to safely transport loads between designated locations in Fort Wayne, IN. You will follow routes, perform pre/post trip inspections, and maintain on-time deliveries while upholding safety and customer service standards.

This full-time position offers day shifts, home daily, Monday through Friday, with compensation $24.00–$26.00 per hour and benefits after 90 days, including health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in routes or schedules.
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL vehicle (automatic day cab).

Position Summary

The Class A Local CDL Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of goods between designated locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent delivery schedules while providing excellent service.

Compensation
