Job summary

Red Baron Transportation, a division of BWT Logistics, seeks experienced Over the Road truck drivers for Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will manage long-haul routes with a focus on safety and on-time deliveries across states.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 3 years of OTR driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
• Strong understanding of truck driving rules and regulations.
• Must have experience with electronic logging devices.
• Extensive travel across various regions, sometimes including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely transport of goods across states, maintaining routes and schedules.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with dispatch to receive assignment details and delivery schedules.
• No touch freight, drop and hook for efficiency.
• Maintain logs of driving hours, rest periods, and miles.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.

Requirements:
