Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Chicago, IL. You will operate day cabs, sleeper, and occasional straight trucks on regional routes across the Midwest and Southwest, with 40+ hours weekly and a pay structure that includes weekly pay, $29/hour base plus $1 extra per 3 endorsements, and per diem for nights.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL and endorsements.
• DOT physical, drug test, and road test requirements.
• Minimum experience: 9 months in past 3 years or 2 years in past 5 years or 5 years in past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
