Updike Distribution Logistics is a driver-friendly regional carrier servicing Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. We focus on fair pay, consistent freight, and respecting our drivers.

Starting pay is 55 CPM with a 0.055 per mile bonus up to 60.5 CPM, plus layover, detention, and hourly options where applicable. Bonuses include safety, production, and a $500 transition bonus, with health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days and a 401(k) match.
