Updike Distribution Logistics is a driver-friendly regional carrier servicing Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. We offer a transparent pay structure featuring starting CPM of 55 with a 5.5-cent per-mile bonus up to 60.5 CPM, plus layover, detention, and per-stop pay, and occasional hourly work at $15.50 per hour.

Additional compensation includes Safety Production and Production bonuses per mile, a $500 transition bonus, a $2,500 retention bonus after 180 days,
