Pay includes starting 55 CPM with a 5.5-cent per mile bonus (up to 60.5 CPM), $150 per 24-hour layover, $25 per hour detention after 2 hours, and $15 per hour for applicable hourly work. Orientation is paid, and benefits begin after 90 days, including health, dental, and vision
