Drivers complete a structured training program with an experienced mentor before transitioning into steady regional freight, with weekly pay after training and modern, fully equipped trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• No professional driving experience required.
• Recent CDL school graduates are considered individually.
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4–6 week paid training with a mentor.
• Operate a regional route after training in brand-new trucks.
• Perform no-touch drop-and-hook loads.
• Maintain safety standards and DOT compliance.
