Job summary

Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is seeking a dependable Class A CDL driver for daily local and regional runs. You will operate tractors, perform inspections, load and secure cargo, and maintain DOT/FMCSA logs. Earn $1350–$1800 per week with detention pay and breakdown pay, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Home time is favorable for the Plymouth/Wabash area, and a safety-first, team-oriented environment supports reliable deliveries and steady miles.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 1 year of experience.
• HazMat endorsement preferred, not required.
• TWIC card preferred, not required.
• Must pass and maintain DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight across regional lanes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.
• Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows; maintain logs and paperwork.
