Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a full-time Truck Driver in Monroe, OH. This role involves regional/local routes, out 2-3 nights per week, with weekends off and a late-model assigned truck. Apply if you have a valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.

Salary ranges from $1,300 to $1,800 per week with a quarterly bonus potential of $500 and a $2,000 sign-on bonus (not for rehires or trainees). Must be 21+ and DOT qualified. Benefits include health, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience (training for less than 2 years).
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and DOT qualified.
• Ability to handle tailgating freight with help of cart.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
