Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding in Houston, TX is seeking professional CDL-A drivers for our flatbed team. This full-time role offers regional and local routes, 40-70 hours per week, and home most weekends with 2-3 overnight stays. Assigned equipment is provided to ensure safety and reliability.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus opportunity. Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL, have 2+ years of CDL-A experience, be DOT qualified, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and DOT qualified.
• Ability to handle tailgated freight at 80% of stops with carts/equipment.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have 2+ years of Dry Van experience
• Comfortable with routes 2-4 nights a week
