Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a professional tractor-trailer driver in Missouri. This role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will handle 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop & hook and some live load/unload, driving a newer fleet and earning competitive weekly earnings.

Expect home time weekly for resets, typically 5–5.5 days out, and a 34–48 hour reset at home. Retirement match, paid time off, and full insurance options are provided by the employer.

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required.
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
• Insurance: Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
