Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced truck drivers to join our team in the United States. We offer weekly pay, mileage pay, and detention/breakdown pay, plus a 401(k) match and full health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Drivers enjoy home time weekly for resets (typically 5–5.5 days out), a 34–48 hour reset at home, and stable year-round freight with 100% no-touch, dry-van work on newer equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6is complete.

Job description

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements
