Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to join the Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees receive one-on-one mentoring, paid orientation, and earn $850 per week during training while preparing for solo driving.

After completing training, drivers transition to their own assigned trucks with expected weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800+. Benefits start on day one, with medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, 401(k) and more, plus round-the-clock dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.
