Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to start a training program with mentorship and paid orientation. Earn $850 per week during training and advance to solo driving with a weekly earnings target of $1,600–$1,800+ from the Eastern regional dry van fleet.

Program includes company-paid tolls, fuel program, round-the-clock dispatch support, benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, life), paid holidays, and 401(k). Weekly or bi-weekly home time may be available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation.
• Train one-on-one with a mentor.
• Drive Eastern regional dry van fleet with no-touch freight after solo.
