Job summary

10-4 Logistics is recruiting CDL school graduates for our Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will train one-on-one with a mentor, with paid orientation, and earn $850 per week during training as you prepare for solo driving.

After completing training, you will move into your own assigned truck with expected earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week. Weekly or bi-weekly home time and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required and 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight within Eastern regional routes.
• Follow dispatch instructions and maintain log compliance.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and mentors.
• Prioritize safety and vehicle maintenance as needed.
