Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring a Regional CDL A Truck Driver Trainee for paid training, based in Mississippi/Louisiana, routing regionally with home-time predictability and no Northeast headaches. Expect 2,600–2,900 miles weekly, clean inspections, and a focus on safety and reliability.

In addition to paid orientation and a $300 first paycheck bonus, drivers receive a robust benefits package after 30 days, with medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent CDL school graduates welcome (Minimum 120 hours of instruction).
• Clean driving record meeting DOT and FMCSA standards.
• Reliable and safety-minded professional.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailer across designated regional routes.
• Haul no-touch freight safely and on schedule.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip safety checks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service.
