Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products is seeking a Regional CDL A Driver to safely operate company vehicles on regional routes and deliver materials to customer locations, distribution centers, and job sites. You will ensure loads are secured, perform inspections, and maintain DOT-compliant records.

The role requires a Class A CDL, 2+ years of driving, and a clean safety record. We offer modern fleets, competitive pay, insurance, and 401(k) matching with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience
• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety practices
• Ability to secure loads and handle physical job requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in local and/or regional routes
• Transport materials using flatbeds, dry vans, doubles, or curtain side trailers
• Properly secure loads to ensure safe transit and prevent damage
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
• Load and unload materials as required
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
• Work overtime and occasional weekends as business needs require
