Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Vermont is offering a regional dry van position with competitive pay and clear training terms. Expect a weekly gross between $1,200 and $1,400, with $0.55 per mile starting CPM, and a schedule that keeps you home every two weeks on East Coast freight east of the Mississippi.

New drivers receive 4–6 weeks of training at $850 per week, then switch to full solo pay. Benefits begin after 30 days, including medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, PTO, and travel-paid

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a Class A CDL.
• New drivers: provide proof of 120+ hours from an accredited program.
• Experience: 6 OTR months in past year or 12 OTR months in last 5 years.
• Record: 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• DUI/DWI: clean for last 5–10 years.
• DOT physical and hair/urine drug tests required.
• Residence within 200 miles of Syracuse, NY.
