Job summary

Admiral Transport is seeking a CDL A driver to safely transport and deliver beverage products. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and compliance with DOT regulations, with local or regional routes from Nampa, Idaho.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, manage load security, and complete required documentation while coordinating with dispatch. Benefit packages include 401K and full benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• CDL training completed with documented hours (150 classroom, 50 OJT)
• 1 year of over-the-road driving preferred
• Clean driving record preferred

Primary Location

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver product in liquid, loose or packaged form
• Manage competing priorities.
• Effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and all other employees of the organization.
• Drive truck safely and courteously to destination.
• Properly complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain ELD according to DOT regulations, as required.
• Complete driver portion of bills of lading and other designated forms and documents.
• Ensure load is properly positioned and secured.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Completion of CDL Training: 150 classroom hours and 50 OJT (Driving) hours.
• 1 year of over-the-road commercial driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record preferred.
