Job summary

Blue Fox TR is seeking Class A drivers for regional intermodal no-touch freight. Earners can expect $86K–$89K in the first year with a $10K sign-on bonus, and weekly pay ranging from $1,653 to $1,710+. Drivers typically run 1,800 miles per week, with fleet averages around 2,200 miles and top drivers exceeding $100K yearly.

Home time is balanced with pay, and start times are flexible within position needs. The role requires five days on, two days off, and resides in a region spanning IN, IL, KY,

Qualifications

• 3-month verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months OR 6 months in the last 12 months OR 12 months in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations or incidents in the last 3 years; PSP warnings count as violations
• No more than 3 minor incidents or accidents in the last 3 years; at fault
• No more than one highway accident in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years with total accident cost > $25,000
• Cannot have failed a DOT drug test in the last 5 years; must have 1 year of safe driving under SAP program
• If terminated for accidents must have 12 months of safe driving
• If terminated for safety (not an accident) must have 6 months of safe driving
• All felonies and misdemeanors reviewed by safety; no felonious drug charges in last 7 years
• No more than two DUIs in a lifetime, none in last 5 years
• No more than 5 jobs in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Drive regional intermodal no-touch freight with 5 days on, 2 days off
• Meet minimum weekly mileage targets (1800 miles) and fleet averages around 2200 miles
• Operate with no touch freight; drop and hook payments and live unload pay
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
