365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL‑A graduates for its Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with one‑on‑one mentor training and earn weekly pay while you train, then move into your own assigned truck after completing the program.

This full‑time regional role offers no‑touch freight, steady support, and weekly or bi‑weekly home time. Company benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent CDL school graduate.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide paid mentor training support during onboarding.
• Operate regional dry van freight in the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Support no-touch freight operations and timely deliveries.
