365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL‑A graduates for an Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with paid one‑on‑one mentor training, earn weekly pay while you train, and move into your own assigned truck after completing the program.

This full‑time regional role offers no‑touch freight, steady support, and weekly or bi‑weekly home time. Company‑paid tolls and fuel, 24/7 dispatch, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent CDL school graduate.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Engage in paid one-on-one mentor training.
• Train and transition to solo driving with an assigned truck.
• Operate in the Eastern Regional Fleet with no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and timely delivery with 24/7 dispatch support.
