365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL‑A graduates for our Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with paid one‑on‑one mentor training, earn weekly pay while you train, and move into your own assigned truck after completing the program.

This full‑time regional role offers no‑touch freight, steady support, and weekly or bi‑weekly home time. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and company‑paid tolls with a driver‑friendly dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Recent CDL school graduate.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Paid one-on-one mentor training with a dedicated trainer.
• Assigned truck after training is completed and you move into solo driving.
• Eastern Regional Fleet with no-touch dry van freight.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available.
