Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA offers a paid mentor CDL training program in Collegedale, Tennessee, designed to prepare new CDL graduates to operate safely as solo drivers. Trainees work one-on-one with an experienced driver and earn $850 per week during training, with an assigned truck after completion.

Following training, drivers join the Eastern Regional Fleet with no-touch dry van freight and weekly or biweekly home-time options.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent completion of an accredited CDL program.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely.
• Complete regional pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs.
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
