Earn $850 per week during mentor training, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week once fully transitioned. Company offers benefits, pay, and rider policies.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL school graduate with a Class A CDL and 120 hours of training.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally and operate safely.
• Mentor-based onboarding with progression to solo driving on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Responsibilities

• Begin with paid mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck.
• Operate a tractor-trailer on the Eastern Regional Fleet with no-touch dry‑van freight.
• Maintain safety and compliance while meeting company schedules.
• Utilize company support including dispatch, tolls program, and benefits.
