Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a Dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver for Prescott Valley, AZ hub. Earn an average of $1,635+ weekly ($85k+/yr) with 0.53–0.55 CPM, stop pay, and annual raises. Regional AZ/CA/CO/NM/NV/TX/UT routes with home weekly and daytime shifts.

The role includes hand-unload duties, late-model sleeper tractors, and a Sunday-Thursday cadence with Friday–Saturday home resets. Requires 3 months tractor-trailer experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 3 months tractor-trailer experience within the past 6 months.
• Must possess the physical capability to offload heavy product.
• Willingness to drive regional routes with day-time shifts and home weekly.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dedicated routes from Prescott Valley, AZ hub.
• Perform hand-unload duties for store deliveries weighing 80-100 lbs.
• Maintain daytime shifts and weekly home resets.
