1. Earnings Breakdown & Financial Growth

• Gross an average of $1,635+ weekly ( $85,000 yearly potential ).


• Pay scale runs from $0.53 to $0.55 CPM , featuring guaranteed $0.01 CPM annual increases every year until hitting top scale.


• Stack your pay envelope with $30.00 stop pay (averaging ~12 stops per week) plus added safety performance cash bonuses.

2. Freight Characteristics & Assigned Equipment

• Regional lanes delivering manufactured building supplies across AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, TX, and UT-averaging 1,900 miles per week.


• Active Hand-Unload Work: Physical store/receiver deliveries involving hand-offloading windows and doors weighing 80-100 lbs throughout the day.


• Drive late-model, automatic International or Peterbilt sleeper tractors. Equipment is staged and parked directly at the Prescott Valley terminal for home time (no take-home truck privileges).

3. Shift Mechanics & Home Resets

• Sunday through Thursday schedule with predictable morning dispatches starting between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM (averaging 11-12 hour daily shifts).


• Enjoy weekly home resets every Friday and Saturday. Guaranteed off Thanksgiving Day, with maximum carrier effort to land you home for Christmas.


• Nearly all transit and delivery windows take place under daylight hours.

4. Qualification Thresholds & Weather Readiness

• Requires a minimum of 3 months tractor-trailer experience within the past 6 months.


• Must possess the physical capability to offload heavy product, obtain a Doubles endorsement within 30 days of hire , and be comfortable chaining up/driving in winter mountain passes (CO, NV, UT).


• Must pass dual-panel pre-employment toxicology screenings (hair follicle + urine testing).
