• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No serious traffic violations in the past year

• Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from .56 -.64 CPM depending on route and verifiable experience
