Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a CDL-A dedicated regional driver for the Ridgefield, WA area. The role offers strong hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and weekly home time on a dedicated retail account based in Ridgefield.

You will earn up to $31.00 per hour plus overtime and enjoy a weekly 34-hour reset. The position covers dry freight on a regional lane with 2–4 loads per week, 3–4 stops per load, and routes through WA, OR, ID, MT, UT and Northern CA.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfortable unloading freight with rollers.
• Able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
• Available for day or night shifts.
• Flexible with days off based on freight demands.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a dedicated regional retail account driver.
• Unload trailers using rollers.
• Complete 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load.
• Deliver to routes across WA, OR, ID, MT, UT and Northern CA.
