Job summary

365 Freight USA hires recent CDL-A graduates and provides up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor. You’ll drive an assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth on regional east-of-I-35 lanes, with 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight and weekly home resets.

In addition to a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months, you’ll earn $0.55 per mile with detentions, layover, breakdown pay, and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and active DOT medical card.
• Clean MVR required.
• New CDL school graduates welcome with mentor training.
• OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned 2025-2026 truck on regional lanes east of I-35.
• Handle no-touch freight with drop-and-hook freight.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• Participate in up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a mentor.
