Job summary

Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is hiring safety-focused CDL-A Company Drivers for regional lanes. Earn weekly pay of $1,500 to $1,800 with a guaranteed $1,350 minimum, plus detention and breakdown pay.

Home time varies by route, with daily or weekend home options depending on the lane. Drivers will perform daily local and regional runs, with drop-and-hook pickups and live unload at delivery. Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow hazmat handling procedures
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery
• Handle basic maintenance and keep equipment clean
