Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a CDL-A Local Retail Driver to operate within a 250-mile radius, delivering palletized retail freight with no-touch loads. The role offers home daily schedules, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and a consistent weekly pay structure, with an average annual pay around $80,000+.

Expect 1–2 loads per day and 1–3 stops per load on day cab equipment. Start times range from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM, with 10–12 hour shifts and weekends off option, on a Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation

Responsibilities

Pay Details

$80,000+ average annual pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
• $0.69 per mile
• $21.50 per stop
• Premium pay for city stops
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Paid weekly

Job Details

• Dedicated retail freight
• No-touch freight
• 1-2 loads per day
• 1-3 stops per load

• Average 1,700 miles per week
• Mix of live load/unload and drop-and-hook
• Day cab with 53' dry van trailer

Shift Details

• Home daily
• Sunday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday
• Consecutive days off
• Option for weekends off or Friday-Saturday off
• Start times between 12:00 AM-3:00 AM
• Average 10-12-hour shifts

Job Requirements

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation
• Additional qualifications may apply
