Job summary

DSV Atlanta is seeking a Regional CDL A Truck Driver to safely and efficiently complete regional deliveries within a defined geographic area, offering competitive pay and growth opportunities.

You will drive up to 11 hours, ensure on-time freight delivery, and maintain excellent customer service. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid orientation, and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A license.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL A driving experience within the last 4 years (3+ years preferred).
• Strong load securement and freight handling knowledge.
• Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools.
• Demonstrated customer service skills in customer-facing environments.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain within 90 days, if required.

Responsibilities

• Drive semi-tractor/trailers for long regional routes within mandated hours.
• Back trailers to customer docks and manage loading/unloading.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State safety regulations and professional driving behavior.
• Communicate with customer representatives in a pleasant, respectful manner.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and follow directions.
• Adhere to DOT requirements including drug/alcohol testing.
