Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring drivers for Northeast regional freight with approximately 1,900 miles per week and weekends off. New CDL grads ride with a paid mentor initially, and you’ll be paid weekly during training. Expect 1,500–2,800 miles weekly with a starting pay of $0.55 per mile, increasing yearly to $0.65 per mile.

You stay out of NYC boroughs and have home time shaped by the schedule. After training, weekly pay continues as you run regional lines from Virginia up through the

Qualifications

• Class A CDL from your state of residence, 21 or older.
• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional Northeast lanes with drop-and-hook where applicable.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with mentors and dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Ensure timely and accurate logs and payments during learning period.
