Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking Regional CDL-A drivers for a dedicated multi-state route covering CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA. Expect weekly earnings around $1,200–$1,500, with top earners up to $1,800, and a guaranteed $1,000 weekly minimum for the first 3 months while you run solo.

New CDL graduates receive paid training (4–6 weeks) with a mentor, plus a robust benefits package that begins on day 31, including 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, ESPP, and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of verifiable solo OTR experience in the last 12 months or recent graduation from an approved 120+ hour CDL school.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and must pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional route across CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA.
• Complete preloads, drop-and-hook where applicable, and meet mileage targets.
• Maintain safety, logs, and on-time deliveries according to company policy.
