Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking entry-level CDL A truck drivers for a dedicated regional account operating through California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. This role offers predictable miles, real transparency, and a pathway from training to solo pay.

We welcome new graduates with a 120+ hour approved course and provide paid mentorship including $850 guaranteed weekly pay for 46 weeks, with immediate upgrade to full solo pay after training. Home time is two weeks out, then home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a Class A CDL.
• Diploma/Certificate from a 120+ hour approved course.
• 6+ months OTR experience in the past year or a recent grad (120+ hr school).
• Safe driving record: max 2 moving violations (2 yrs) / Zero major crashes (5 yrs).
• Must pass hair/urine drug tests and standard background screening.
