Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated West Coast route based in Portland, OR. The position offers paid OTR training for new CDL-A holders and a clear pay progression from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile, with steady weekly mileage and guaranteed home time every two weeks.

Average weekly earnings range around $1,500, with top earners reaching about $1,800. The role includes live load/unload, drop and hook, and routes across California, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving history.
• 6+ months of recent OTR experience, OR a 120+ hour CDL school certificate.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5–10 years in a commercial vehicle.
• Must pass standard background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated West Coast route network across CA, ID, OR, UT and WA out of Portland, OR.
• Maintain 2,800–3,000 miles per week with ~40% drop and hook.
• Home every two weeks with day and night dispatch options.
