Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Regional Driver to join our team. This position involves longer-distance driving within a specific region, with regular home time and opportunities for Safety Bonuses. The freight is NO TOUCH, and some store deliveries involve drop and hook operations.

Pay: $0.63/Mile

Service Area

• Washington
• Oregon
• Idaho
• Montana

Responsibilities

1. Execute timely deliveries to dedicated accounts across the region
2. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
3. Maintain accurate electronic logs (E-Logs)
4. Operate company-owned tractor-trailer trucks
5. Perform vehicle maintenance and submit reports
6. Deliver excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries
7. Maintain all safety certifications and preserve company property
8. Report accidents and delays promptly
9. Contribute to team operations as needed

Minimum Requirements

1. Valid Class A CDL
2. Clean driving record
3. Pass DOT drug screening and medical requirements
4. Stable work history
5. Current DOT physical
6. At least 1 year of driving experience or military equivalent
7. At least 23 years old
8. Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving
9. Ability to operate vehicles safely
10. Strong communication skills
11. Ability to work independently and maintain equipment
12. Willing to be away from home for multiple days
13. Effective route planning and time management skills
